2. Changes on Promo, Discount & E-voucher
We reserve the right , to remove, modify or add the terms of the promo, discount & e-voucher at any time and each such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.
No cancellation of order allowed.
4. Product Return Policy
We take good care in processing your order and all product information are adequately provided in this web site. Should any of the products be of expired date without its seals opened we will accept returns in exchange for the same product or of lower prices.
Please provide us proof of the damage product via image, video and description within 48 hours. However there would be no refunds and the shipping charges of returning the product will be paid by the customer.
There will be no exchanges or returns permissible for items that have been wrongfully ordered/placed by the customer. Decisions made when ordering online is based on an individuals independent judgement and self research, hence we are not liable for any mistakes made
5. Refund Policy
We will not conduct refunds once the product has been sold. We will provide in store credit or e-voucher to customer.
6. Your Products are out of stock
If you are unable to find the specific product that you are looking for, drop us an email with the brand and name of the product and we will sort it out for you.
7. Damage During shipping
We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only fast, but in perfect condition. Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged during shipment. Shipment is carried out by third party courier companies / outsourced to third party courier companies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any items that are damaged during shipment.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping cut off time is 10.00 am every working day, if you wish us to ship out in same day, please place your order before 10.00 am. ( Monday – Friday only) Exclude public holiday. We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. Order that we received on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) will be process on Monday.
All orders will be provided with courier tracking number once the order is sent out. Parcels will be left at courier office for self collection if no one is around during time of delivery. We will not resend parcels if uncollected parcels are returned to us, unless you paid for courier charges again.
9. Fraud Cases
Please do not claim that you have made payment if you have not made any. We will take action against fraud cases and report will be made.
10. Terms of Payment
Please note that all payment has to be made to our account via payment gateway merchant (senangPay).
